03 / How the selection works
Every property is recorded in the same order: land area in hectares, condition grade A–D, utilities, access road, and lifestyle fit. The reasons for rejection are documented alongside the shortlist.
You define location, land size, building condition, and how you intend to live on the property.
Each candidate is checked against access road type, connected utilities, boundary status, and seasonal reachability.
Properties are compared in one format. Exclusions are logged with a written reason, not left as a silent gap.
You receive the shortlist, the rejection log, and any fees confirmed in writing before work proceeds.
Start with the brief: send your requirements.
03 Register
Land area, condition grade, infrastructure status, region and lifestyle fit. Filter the sample rows to see how the register narrows.
05 / Lifestyle presets
Choose a preset and the register re-sorts to the plots whose land area, condition grade and infrastructure actually fit that way of living.
A plot with power you can trust and a line you can work from. Backup supply, fixed-line or fixed-wireless coverage and a quiet approach road are weighed above decorative landscaping.
Room for a garden, a second household and a school run that still makes sense. Entries are screened for water supply, septic feasibility and distance to a full secondary school.
Soil, slope and machinery access decide whether a plot works for fruit or forage. Each entry notes drainage, southern exposure and whether a trailer can turn in the yard.
A short drive, low upkeep and nothing that needs fixing before Friday evening. We favour plots with a habitable house, connected utilities and a boundary that is already surveyed.
05 / Limits & disclosure
The register narrows a countryside property search. It does not replace legal checks, surveying or valuation. Below is what stays outside our scope, in what capacity we act, and how we are paid.
No title verification. We do not confirm ownership rights, encumbrances or inheritance claims. Your notary and lawyer review the documents.
No structural survey. Condition grades A to D describe what we observe on site, not engineering findings.
No land-size guarantee. Hectare figures follow owner documents unless a geodesic measurement is ordered.
No price negotiation on your behalf and no reservation of a plot.
Intermediary status
We provide property search and information services and are not the property owner unless expressly stated in a written offer. Agreements, deposits and payments for a property are made directly between you and the owner.
Any success fee is agreed in a written brief before viewings begin. Questions on scope or fees? Send your search brief or read how the selection report is built.
07 / Brief
Describe how you intend to live on the land: the land area you want, the condition grade you accept, the utilities you need and the region you prefer. Your entry arrives in the same field order every time, with the written reasons each excluded property was left out.
Fees are disclosed before any search starts, and any success fee is confirmed in writing beforehand. We provide property search and information services and are not the property owner unless expressly stated.
